We extend a warm welcome to you as you join us in worship, prayer, social action, and any other area of ministry that meets your needs. We aim to provide genuine love, refuge and support to all who attend just as Jesus demonstrated to us.

Mission & Purpose

Our Mission is to restore individuals to a true-life changing relationship in God. It is to present the gospel with sensitivity and simplicity as we strive to love God, each other and our community through worship, Bible based teaching, through Social Action and Missions.

We aim to do this by restoring relationships both with God and with one another; developing leaders; growing an healthy church to reach our community and beyond; transforming lives and restoring hope and building a new community of believers to bring significant change in the spirit of progress, which will result in people encountering God.

2 Corinthians 5:18,19

And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him. For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation

Our Team & Leadership

Senior Pastor- Daisy Bailey

Pastor Daisy currently serves as the Regional Presiding Pastor for the Manchester Region.

Pastor Daisy Bailey was born in the Parish of Clarendon, Jamaica and came to England in the early 70’s. She came to know the Lord, Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour at an early age. Pastor Daisy identified the call of God on her life and has been pursuing this call, serving in various capacities in the Church of God of Prophecy, such as Youth Ministries, Women Ministry and Sunday School to name a few.

Pastor Daisy is an anointed preacher of the Word and a motivator. She studied and graduated from the Bible Training Institute and has also attended other Biblical Institutions, such as, Timothy School of Ministry completing, The Foundation Course, Ministry in the Local Church, Evangelism, Basic Christian Counselling, Practical Ministry and other Biblical Studies.

Before becoming a full time Pastor, she worked in the catering industry and later as a Youth Worker in a Residential Home for Young people.
Pastor Daisy has a passion for the Word, a passion to see the lost won for Christ at any cost and for the Holy Spirit to work and empower believers. She exudes tremendous energy, enthusiasm and commitment for the preaching of the Gospel, which in turn restores, motivates and encourages her congregation to maximise their potential and become fulfilled individuals.

Associate Pastor – Minister Deloreevs Walters

Pastor Deloreevs Walters has been a member of the Church of God of Prophecy for over 45 years. She has served in various capacities both locally and in the region. Della is married to Frank and has a passion for preaching and teaching the Word of God with simplicity. She also has a passion for caring for others and encouraging individuals to use their gifts and talents for the service of the Lord.

From its beginnings, the Church of God of Prophecy has based its beliefs on “the whole Bible rightly divided.” We accept the Bible as God’s Holy Word, inspired, inerrant, and infallible. We believe the Bible to be God’s written revelation of Himself to mankind and our guide in all matters of faith; therefore, we look to the Bible as our highest authority for doctrine, practice, organization, and discipline.

We are a Christ-exalting, holiness, Spirit-filled, all nation, disciple-making, church planting movement with a passion for Christian union.

Children

We have a host of activities for children of all ages and culture to bring out the best in them.

Young People

Young people are the future of our church, therefore we invest heavily in their future.

Women

Our women are vibrant, powerful and fully engaged in all areas of the church and its mission.
